About your stay
Arrival & departure
Since we don’t live at the apartment house, it is important that you inform us of your arrival time as precisely as possible. If you are arriving by train, we ask that you inform us of your arrival time at the Mayrhofen train station. If you are arriving by car, we would be delighted if you could send us a short text message when you reach the entrance to the Zillertal (+43 676 533 4027).
Your apartment will be ready for check-in starting at 3:00 pm on your arrival day. On your departure day, we ask that you check out by 10:00 am.

Lifts & ski areas
The valley station of the Ahornbahn (Ahorn skiing & hiking area) can be reached in a 2-minute walk, the valley station of the Penkenbahn can be reached in 3 minutes, and the Ahornbahn valley run can be reached directly from the apartment. Mayrhofen lifts
Payment
Please pay your bill in cash no later than your arrival day. We prefer an advanced payment via bank transfer. You can find our bank details or Paypal account here.

Smoking
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. You are welcome to enjoy your cigarette on the comfortable balcony.
Cancellation conditions
The Austrian hotel regulations apply. In general, cancellations of reservations are only accepted in writing. Up to 3 months prior to arrival, there are no cancellation costs. Up to 1 month prior to arrival, we charge 40% of the total arranged price. From 1 week prior to arrival, we charge 70% of the total price, and in the last week prior to arrival, we charge 90% of the total price. Austrian hotel regulations

Meals
The restaurant Mount Everest is open for breakfast and dinner (reachable in 1 minute). For our guests, the special breakfast price is € 12.00 and dinner is € 18.00 (total = half-board € 30 per person).
